Mandatory Skills

·         Good understanding various phases of SDLC with focus on Design, Coding and Testing.

·         Excellent Communication skills; Excellent Problem Solving Skills; Good Team Player

·         Self-starter/pro-active approach; Commitment to delivering quality solutions.

Preferred Skills

·         Exposure to Quality Practices followed by a CMMi level 5 organization

·         Agile/Scrum based model exposure

Technical  Skills

Mandatory Skills

·         Strong OOPS concepts

·         Java/J2EE development on application servers like JBOSS, Weblogic, Websphere, etc, 

·          Java  and J2EE Design Patterns exposure

·         Java 1.5 or Higher, JSP, Servlets, JDBC

·         One or more Frameworks experience : EJB/Spring/Struts/Hibernate

·         Database Concepts – Oracle/My Sql; SQL; PL SQL,

·         Unix OS, vi editor and shell scripting

·         Configuration Management – Clearcase/CVS/SVN etc.

·         One of the well Known IDE Experience :- Eclipse/Net Beans etc.
